Rughavens Jackpot is a stunning chesnut leopard spotted knabstrupper. He is a good example of a sports horse type and has already proven his ability by competing at the winter national dressage championships. Both his sire and grandsire are proven sports horses and JJ has inherited this trainability that is so vital to success as a sports horse, something that he is likely to pass on to his offspring.

Rughavens Jackpot has a fantastic, calm temperament. He is regularly handled and ridden by children. JJ is a very kind stallion who is always eager to please whoever is handling him.

He has very correct conformation, with fantastic topline and length of rein.

He demonstrates lovely, loose elastic paces with a particular ability to display exceptional extended paces. His canter is very balanced, with good uphill tendancy and he is now producing some very expressive flying changes under saddle.

Performance record

Rughavens Jackpot has competed in affilaited dressage up to medium level with great success. He has acheived some very high scores of plus 70%. He has qualified for the regional finals, competing there at novice and elementary level before he turned six.

As a five year old he qualified for the area festival championships, and then competed in the finals that were held at the winter national dressage championships.

Having only turned six this summer, JJ competed in his first medium test, which he won.
